Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Wash and scrub sweet potatoes. Slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
